Transfers

Your information is processed through a third-party form-handling service (FormSubmit) to deliver it to us by email. VERTEX may in the future use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool for the same purpose; this notice will be updated accordingly.

Retention

We retain contact data for up to 12 months from your last contact with us, or until you request its deletion.
